- Friday, February 17th from 3:00-5:00 p.m. “Newbie Night” and children’s ministry basics for those who have been in children’s ministry for two years or less: nursery/child care, volunteers, budget and calendaring, environments, and logistics, etc.
- Friday, February 17th from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dinner on your own
- Friday, February 17th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Opening session: Practical tools and Strategies for Ministry with Special Needs Children
- Saturday, February 18th from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Early Bird Option: Self-Care=Meditation for Ministry

9:45-10:45 a.m. Keynote Address: “What Every Child Should Experience,” by Melanie Gordon, Director of Children and Family Ministries, United Methodist Church.
11:00-3:00 p.m. “Learning Lab” Pleanary Sessions: Children and worship, Children and Sunday School, Children and Missions
Pre-Registration: Friday-Saturday is $25 per person. ($15 per person with groups of 5 or more). Scholarships are available.
“At the Door” Registration: $30 per person ($20 per person with groups of 5 or more)
